We typically respond to all inquiries within 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00, Saturday 9:00-16:00). For emergency repairs, we offer same-day response and can often provide immediate phone consultation.

Yes, we provide on-site service throughout Central London and surrounding areas. This includes computer setup, troubleshooting, repairs that can be completed at your location, and business IT support. On-site service is available for both residential and commercial clients.

Please include: the type of device (desktop, laptop, Mac), the specific problem you're experiencing, any error messages, when the issue started, and what you were doing when it occurred. For upgrades or custom builds, let us know your intended use and budget range.

Initial phone consultations are free. For in-person diagnostics at our workshop, there's a £25 fee which is waived if you proceed with the repair. On-site diagnostics start at £45, also waived if you proceed with our services.
